This program has 5 sessions that will include the following: 

  • Inital consultation included
  • Review of medical and emotional history
  • Nutrient deficiency analysis
  • Prioritization of health goals for weight loss, nutrition, lifestyle, hormonal balancing, and digestive upset to name a few.
  •  Customized 7-day meal plan to support personal goals
  • Overall lifestyle plans and recommendations
  • Weekly individual sessions in person, over the phone or on skype regarding progress, support, advice, questions, and updates to protocols (3 session, 45-60 minutes)
  • Grocery store shop with Brittany (1 visit)
